Mindrealm v1 - End User Distribution / carrier output fix - Checkpoint 06

Checkpoint 05 used an invalid six-digit final timestamp token (035188).
Mindrealm's Builder and Packager accepted only four-digit final segments,
so they misclassified the extracted Developer ZIP as loose source and
wrote generated End User ZIP files inside the extracted carrier directory
instead of beside the Developer ZIP.

Checkpoint 06 uses canonical YYYY-MMDD-HHMM-SSFF archive naming.
Both project-specific Builder and Packager now recognize previously issued
noncanonical six-digit checkpoint carrier names without ever passing an
invalid timestamp into End User archive names.

End User output now undergoes staged nonempty/entry-count/readability
validation, commits the ZIP only after validation, and checks that every
passing bundle is located in the external distribution directory.
Explicit archive paths and sizes are logged. Windows/Linux target matrix,
Bootstrap and Compiler UI shared engines, synchronous curved windshield-
wiper source, and ../../Mindrealm v1/ clone destination are preserved.

Native FreeBASIC compilation and PowerShell runtime execution have NOT been
verified in this environment. Request the Mindrealm compiler log ZIP if
compilation or packaging still fails.
